House Democrats told the Supreme Court on Monday they need access to secret grand jury materials because they are still investigating President Donald Trump in connection with Russia “collusion” and may want to impeach him, again.
In a legal filing published by CNN, Democrats said that they need the grand jury materials because the House Judiciary Committee’s impeachment inquiry into Trump’s alleged obstruction of justice in the Russia investigation is ongoing.

I guess you are already assuming Trump wins the Presidency again? Or, do they plan to continue their partisan investigations after Trump becomes a private citizen?
Mueller was a pole-sitting a$$hole that collected millions of US taxpayer money for nothing. He should have to pay back everything he stole from the point where he discovered there was no collusion between Trump and Russia (which was pretty early in his "investigation").

Mueller didn’t collect millions. Unfortunately, Trumps behavior necessitated the investigation. If he would keep his nose clean and stop trying to cheat, the money wouldn’t have been spent in the first place.
Why didn’t he just come out and say it instead of implying?

Robert Mueller's report cost American Taxpayers a minimum of $32M. Most people, including the President, say the figure is north of $40M.

Because he said he didn’t have the authority. And he can’t do Congress’s job either. Read the report and see for yourself. The implication wasn’t hidden.

Nothing refutes the following:
“The Russians offered help, the campaign accepted help. The Russians gave help and the President made full use of that help.”
That is evidence of an agreement, and there was plenty more where that came from. Just not enough in Mueller’s mind to prove it. But then again, Trump’s obstruction made that evidence nearly impossible to get.
