Biden stumbled over it and anyway, it's only words. The leftist thugs are still out there and will congregate again, wherever the left's dollars send them.
As for Trump, like many of us, he refuses to play the left's game.
Virtually everything Biden said was a lie or a contradiction of his previous position. Trump would have been better served letting Biden talk and then pointing out his lies rather than trying to talk over him so much. There were many times when Trump could have nailed Biden but failed to take advantage of the opportunity.
I thought it was a low blow to ask Trump about Charlottesville, when he has already clearly condemned white supremacy, but not ask Biden about BLM or his son’s ties to Ukraine, China, and Russia. But overall, I didn’t think Wallace was that bad.
I don’t think the debate helped either of them with undecided voters and I doubt it changed many people’s minds.
Did anyone else notice that when Biden reached inside his jacket on the right shoulder that he exposed a wire. I bet he was wearing a wireless ear piece?
Yes, Trump helped Biden out of a bunch of holes last night. Wallace was already running interference for Slow Joe, and Trump jumps in and bails Biden out. Trump could have won the debate last night since the facts are on his side, but he couldn't help being himself and ended up rescuing Biden. Now the Biden camp is floating the idea of cancelling the next two debates.
Suggestion for future debates: place the combatants in isolated rooms and the moderator controls their mics. That will stop the interruptions of each other. The debaters can hear what each other, and the moderator, is saying but can only be heard when their mic is on.
