Do these 100K votes get tossed out?
So many problems with this Twitter post...

Conflating a public records requirement to keep declaration/signature envelopes - suggesting without proof they have been destroyed - with a claim that 100k ballots have suspect mail in dates - also no evidence (the number received after Election Day in Pennsylvania is a magnitude lower - 10K).

And then voiding votes...yeah, good luck with that one!

I would say that your statement about Trump supporters not being the types to go along with usurpation doesn't jive with how he's handled himself as President. Sure, he shouts "Law and Order" all the time, then skirts the laws and disrupts the order. It's like crowing about being prolife and giving Planned Parenthood record federal funding. And, who's not being transparent? Who's suppressing information? I know that's a talking point on the right, but the evidence is scant.

If you're concerned about Trump (as I thought you were), you're not being insincere. The talking point that the President is simply utilizing the legal options at his disposal and this is not abnormal is insincere. His public statements are pouring gasoline on divides he help solidify. He's intentionally filing frivolous lawsuits in an effort to give longer life to the ridiculous conspiracy theories that have built his presidency. This has never happened in my lifetime and it's bad. Civil war bad? Of course not. Maintaining a stranglehold on the feckless GOP? Absolutely. Thankfully, you're starting to see folks like James Lankford say that enough is enough.
i'm not repeating talking points of the right. i don't get their memos. i get most of my news from the onion and the babylon bee . i'm just observing. if it's all frivolous, then why does everyone on the left (including the big social media and news corporations) feel the need to suppress information? if i hear someone saying "move along -- nothing to see here" it makes me suspicious that there's something to see.

the way this is being treated by the media makes it less likely that it will end peacefully. that's my main point.

    Re: Presidential Election 2020

Many videos coming out, all of which show voter fraud, ballot-fixing, ballot-box-stuffing, GD Dems blocking duly authorized GOP poll watchers from getting in, etc, etc, etc...none of these incidents are disputable, they all happened, and are probably still happening in places. There are reports, not in dispute, of dead people voting, one dead woman voted twice, there were some 300 votes in Nevada? I think it was, that have been thrown out...6,000 Trump votes switched to Biden, and only after Biden had a safe lead, were switched back. Ballots found in ditches...all marked for Trump. One case was 37 votes in...can't remember where now, but it happened. So on and so forth...

Now, probably, I will admit, none of this amounts to enough to change the outcome in most of the states...maybe Georgia and Wisconsin, maybe, but that would be it. But, the fact that Biden won and he did have the most votes and the most EC votes does NOT excuse all this voter fraud and cheating! Right? I ask the lefty leader here...Goosey, what say you? Don't you think anyone caught engaged in voter fraud should be punished? These cases usually, if history is any indicator, result in some minor slap on the wrist, maybe a $125 fine paid and a stern warning from some local judge "don't do this again!"

I can't see how anyone, Repub, Dem, Libertarian, Indy, No-Party...anyone, can condone voter fraud.

I say...put Louisiana in charge of national elections. We got our chit together here.

the states need to improve the their processes to ensure better voter confidence going forward. if it's easy to think of ways to cheat, then it's easy to assume the other side is cheating.

What was wrong with the process?

That's a slightly dated article. I believe this case held up under appeal early this year. Probably headed to further appeals.

And everyone is now joining FoxNews, calling Arizona for Biden. A state that has gone Republican in every presidential election since 1996.

We all know you want to Biden to get back to the globalist one world vision that you support so heartedly but we will have to wait a few more weeks before the US starts sending billions of tax payer dollars to other government elitists.

Worried that they will not have as many billions to give to American Airlines? Noted your lack of outrage on that one.

    Re: Presidential Election 2020

I see no downside to the Trump campaign's legal challenges to some of the election results, in Penn., etc... No matter what "the truth" is it will be revealed. That might be:

    1) there was some fraud, cheating, irregularities, questionable practices and hopefully it will all be revealed and then corrected for future elections
    2) hopefully those guilty of outright fraud will be nailed, arrested and charged and those cases made known nationally, to serve as a deterrent to others
    3) it will probably reveal some fraud but it was not enough to change the results...which will, at least, put to rest that Biden is indeed president-elect
    4) and that will lead to a "healing" of some sorts and the country can move on.

In summary, I say just let the Trump campaign pursue this as far as they can, because in the end it will do more good than harm.
