PA Lawmakers: Numbers Don’t Add Up, Certification of Presidential Results Premature and In Error
Pennsylvania House of Representatives | 12/28/2020 | Rep. Frank Ryan
DEC. 28, 2020
HARRISBURG – A group of state lawmakers performing extensive analysis of election data today revealed troubling discrepancies between the numbers of total votes counted and total number of voters who voted in the 2020 General Election, and as a result are questioning how the results of the presidential election could possibly have been certified by Secretary of the Commonwealth Kathy Boockvar and Governor Tom Wolf. These findings are in addition to prior concerns regarding actions by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Secretary, and others impacting the conduct of the election.
A comparison of official county election results to the total number of voters who voted on November 3, 2020 as recorded by the Department of State shows that 6,962,607 total ballots were reported as being cast, while DoS/SURE system records indicate that only 6,760,230 total voters actually voted. Among the 6,962,607 total ballots cast, 6,931,060 total votes were counted in the presidential race, including all three candidates on the ballot and write-in candidates.
The difference of 202,377 more votes cast than voters voting, together with the 31,547 over- and under-votes in the presidential race, adds up to an alarming discrepancy of 170,830 votes, which is more than twice the reported statewide difference between the two major candidates for President of the United States. On November 24, 2020, Boockvar certified election results, and Wolf issued a certificate of ascertainment of presidential electors, stating that Vice President Joe Biden received 80,555 more votes than President Donald Trump.
The lawmakers issued the following statement in response to their findings:
“We were already concerned with the actions of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Executive branch, and election officials in certain counties contravening and undermining the Pennsylvania Election Code by eliminating signature verification, postmarks, and due dates while allowing the proliferation of drop boxes with questionable security measures and the unauthorized curing of ballots, as well as the questionable treatment of poll watchers, all of which created wholesale opportunities for irregularities in the 2020 presidential election.”
“However, we are now seeing discrepancies on the retail level which raise even more troubling questions regarding irregularities in the election returns. These findings call into question the accuracy of the SURE system, consistency in the application of the Pennsylvania Election Code from county to county, and the competency of those charged with oversight of elections in our Commonwealth.
“These numbers just don’t add up, and the alleged certification of Pennsylvania’s presidential election results was absolutely premature, unconfirmed, and in error.”
State Rep. Frank Ryan (R-Lebanon) indicated that state legislators sponsoring and participating in this analysis were himself and Reps. Russ Diamond (R-Lebanon), Dave Zimmerman (R-Lancaster), Barb Gleim (R-Cumberland), Stephanie Borowicz (R-Centre/Clinton), Dan Moul (R-Adams), Paul Schemel (R-Franklin), Dawn Keefer (R-York/Cumberland), Eric Nelson (R-Westmoreland), Mike Jones (R-York), Rob Kauffman (R-Franklin), David Maloney (R-Berks), David Rowe (R-Snyder/Union), Kathy Rapp (R-Warren/Crawford/Forest), Daryl Metcalfe (R-Butler), Jim Cox (R-Berks/Lancaster) and Brett Miller (R-Lancaster).
Frisco, your crank is so easy to yank. These aren’t official counts.
Speaking of the above title with Democrat and fraud. Warnock has so much baggage that the media and the DNC is keeping from the American voters. This is just the tip of the iceberg.
Exclusive – Sen. Kelly Loeffler: Church Camp’s ‘Disgusting’ Child Abuse Allegation Should Disqualify Warnock
Sen. Kelly Loeffler (R-GA) described a report about mistreatment of children at a church camp that her opponent, Democrat Rev. Raphael Warnock, oversaw in the early 2000s as “disgusting” and said “it should be disqualifying” for his Senate candidacy, providing her remarks in an exclusive interview Monday with Breitbart News.
“What we’ve learned today is really very sad. It’s disgusting, should be disqualifying for serving in the U.S. Senate,” Loeffler said shortly after the Washington Free Beacon published report of one of the camp’s attendees recounting his experience there.
The attendee, Anthony Washington, who was 12 years old at the time, said he received a financial settlement after filing a lawsuit against the camp alleging child abuse, including an instance of counselors pouring urine on him and punishing him by forcing him to sleep outside.
Warnock, who is seeking to unseat Loeffler in Georgia’s January 5 Senate runoff election, served as senior pastor of Baltimore’s Douglas Memorial Community Church, which ran Camp Farthest Out, from about 2001 to 2005. The camp was suspected of child abuse in 2002, and according to a 2002 report by the Baltimore Sun, Warnock was arrested for interfering with a state trooper who was questioning the camp’s counselors on the matter.
Warnock said in his recent debate with Loeffler that he was “trying to make sure that young people who were being questioned by law enforcement had the benefit of counsel,” although the state trooper had said in a police report that counselors being questioned had consented to the interviews after being told they could leave at any time and had no obligation to answer the questions.
Loeffler told Breitbart News she has not received an answer from Warnock about the nature of the child abuse allegations made against the camp but said “her heart goes out to” Washington after Washington went on record about his time there.
“First let me say that my heart goes out to the victim that has talked about this publicly, goes out to all victims impacted by child abuse; this is a very serious issue. … This victim said that [Warnock] was one of the leaders of the camp, and this camp was subsequently shut down, and Raphael Warnock left that church after this, and so I think that Georgians deserve those answers, and I’m glad that we’ve finally started to uncover what happened there.”
Several entities investigated the camp for child abuse between 2002–2003, according to the Free Beacon, and while no reports of abuse were publicly confirmed, Maryland’s Health Department discovered health and safety violations and found that the camp failed to report child abuse allegations to Social Services. The Health Department shut down the camp in 2003.
Loffler lamented that Warnock is not being pressed by media to answer questions about his time overseeing the camp, or about a police-involved domestic dispute he had with his wife, or about some of his more controversial political positions.
Loeffler said, “The mainstream media won’t ask these questions of him. He’s refused to answer these questions, questions about domestic abuse. … I’ve asked him if he would denounce Marxism and socialism; he won’t answer those questions. And he won’t answer a simple question about, ‘Will you pack the Supreme Court, will you support that?’”
She added, “These are answers that Georgians need to know.”

Re: Frisco's post
If you follow the science there is only one conclusion a person can reach...there was substantial voter fraud in key cities that changed the outcomes in key states. Well, I should qualify that by adding... "an intelligent, non-commie bastard" person. The statistical anomalies alone are enough evidence to make a thinking person pause and ask WTF!? I am a scientist, a true scientist, and apply the simple, but unwavering standards of the scientific method. I also have a background in statistics and analytics (the search for meaningful patterns in data) and at the very least, the reported numbers (the data) from Milwaukee, Detroit, Philadelphia, and Atlanta raise a red flag...waving from the tallest staff and shouting "look over here!"
Now, someone might say, well, it is just a coincidence that those statistical anomalies occurred in those key precincts and by just enough to change the results. Why, those same anomalies could have occurred in Chicago or in Dallas. Could have, but didn't. Illinois was goin for Biden and Texas was going for Trump, so no need to tamper with those ballots. Focus on those exact precincts in the battleground states where tampering could have an effect. Coincidence? LOL! Yeah, right.
Then, you also consider all the eye witnesses who, under threat of perjury, signed affidavits...by the hundreds! And the video evidence of GOP poll watchers being physically restrained by hired security guards and denied access to where the ballots were being verified and counted. The video evidence of Dem pollsters way into the night "finding" boxes of ballots. Oh, looky here! And all of this in those same statistical anomaly precincts...
We are told to "follow the science." Well...
Recently Voyager 2...now many millions of miles from Earth...sent back some very interesting data while passing a large body in space. Something about 1/3 the size of our moon. Sorry, but I can't remember the exact details. It was some reading that spiked and then dropped again once V2 was past the small moon object. But it was enough to pique the interest of the scientists following V2's journey. Some anomaly? Maybe, but they are focusing more resources on that region of space, somewhere beyond the orbit of Pluto. That is REAL science! What caused the spike of that reading? Something had to.
Apply REAL science to the off-the-charts results in those key precincts. What caused the spikes? Something had to.
What statistical anomalies? The arguments I have seen to date along that lines acts like it was a surprise that a big city vote dump would go for Biden because that isn’t what happened in all the smaller rural voter dumps. That type of data analysis isn’t rigorous or scientific at all.
