Did they incite a mob into attacking the Capitol back then? No need to make theoretical comparisons when reality proves the facts are materially different. These companies don’t want to be associated with a failed overthrow of the US government. That is very wise.

It'd be really hard to prove in a criminal court. Impeachment is a little different standard I think, but I really think it would be (will be?) counter-productive. It'd be tempting to try to send a message (and that could be valuable) but if it's ultimately not successful, you've just given him another "win" and another "look how much they're unfairly out to get me" narrative.
