It was stolen. Elections were held with rules that were unconstitutional (procedures and rules changed by courts and bureaucrats that should have been handled by legislatures). You will be proven wrong, again.

Just like BLM, Russian collusion and a lot of other stupid stuff you were duped into believing, the idea that this was a free and fair election will also be exposed in the near future. You've got plenty of company there in Dupeville, though....where Adam Schiff reigns as king of all morons.

They still chose by popular vote. Surely the legislature doesn't have to meet and vote every time the election officials (or higher state officials) open (or close) an additional polling station or buy a box of pencils or whatever, right?

No state changed the method of their choosing from "vote by people" to "game of Candyland" or anything like that. This has been ruled on and explained (well).

BLM activist John Sullivan has now been charged in the Capitol riot. He has been found to have also posted training videos on what his followers should wear, what weapons to carry, and how to proceed in instigating the riot.

Exactly! “Ready shoot aim” by some on here along with Pelosi, Schumer and the commie media. They’re just in a rush before Trump and his AG arrest all of the rats of the liberal Deep State.

What article did you find? Only thing I find is that he was arrested for involvement, but has not been charged.

State legislatures have to approve the use of dropboxes and mobile voting locations when those have not been authorized under state law.

They also have to approve changes to the following (not a complete list by any means) if not in existing state law:
Signature verification rules on absentee or mail-in ballots
Voter identification rules for in-person voting
    Voter registration deadlines
Deadlines for acceptance of mail-in ballots
    Absentee ballot request requirements
Blanket mailing of ballots to all "registered" voters

Any change not legislatively approved or authorized violates the Federal Constitution regarding the election of any federal officeholder. This is as clear-cut as it gets.

Any state who violated these provisions did not hold a valid election and therefore any return of electors from those states were not "regularly given".

California's November election ballots in almost every county did not conform with state election law, so a case could even be made there.

The point is that laws mean things and must be strictly enforced. Judges, state and local elected officials outside the State Legislature, and state and local administrative personnel have no authority to change or ignore state election law where federal elections are concerned.

    The Constitution contains that list?

That is pretty clear-cut. Framers were amazing.

Training videos? Funny that the arrest complaint, among all the things it details, says nothing about training videos.

Someone needs to tell Politifact this.. or tell the FBI that Politifact says that it is false..

stated on January 7, 2021 in a Facebook post:
Says left-wing activist John Sullivan “incited (the) insurgence of (the) US Capitol.”

In fact it does, dumbass. Try reading Article II, Section 1, Clause 2 again or maybe for the first time.

Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress: but no Senator or Representative, or Person holding an Office of Trust or Profit under the United States, shall be appointed an Elector.

Anything not explicitly approved by or delegated by the Legislature in the entire process of selecting electors isn't allowed for a federal election. And that includes the process of conducting an election by popular vote if a State Legislature authorizes one since it doesn't have to.

You are the one that is a dumbass. The legislature did determine the “Manner”, which was “popular vote”, dumbass.

Now the specific means by how such a manner is performed, doesn’t have to be decided by the legislature, dumbass.

Do you expect the legislature to specify where all polling locations are located, dumbass?
