Courts in other states don’t apply the Virginia voting statute to the election commission rules in their state. Is it really that hard to follow?
Not hard to follow for someone with a functioning prefrontal cortex. Other states need to pass laws not allowing ballots to be counted which are dated after the election. JUST LIKE VIRGINIA!

Why can’t they get them in the mail on or before Election Day? Do they not know who they are voting for before then? Have they not had time to see debates, interviews, town halls, or read a candidates platform online?
