I also wonder what Dr. Wood thinks of Terry Mohajir's 5 year, $4.3 million contract plus incentives? Sounds a little better than his $1.5 million, five-year deal. Not sure how serious of a candidate he would have been anyway, but that is about three times the pay. Of course, Mohajir had previous AD experience. Did anyone hear if UCF reached out to him during their AD search?

Glad I got a Kohler standby (whole house) generator. So far we haven't lost power in this part of town, but other areas in Natchitoches are experiencing outages.

That's not good. People can't LIVE in these temperatures without heat. I read that FT Worth and the Burleson area had 1 degree temperatures this morning. (Never thought I'd say that.)

Power is really not a problem in McKinney. But the roads are chit, and it's still only 10 degrees. Stupid cold, here.

If our power goes out, I’m betting our pipes are not gonna last long. We’ve got them running, but fill lines for the toilets are slow or stopped.

Luckily, we’ve got plenty of gumbo.

Ours was out about an hour. Don’t know if it was part of rolling blackout or not.
