Meghan Markle 'considering running for president' if Joe Biden rules out second term!

    quote:

There is mounting speculation that Meghan Markle may well decide to run for the US presidency in 2024 if Joe Biden decides he doesn't want a second term.

A senior Labour figure, who is a veteran of Tony Blair's Downing Street team with strong links to Washington, claims the Duchess of Sussex has been networking with senior Democrats.

She is looking to build a campaign, as well as fundraising teams, for any potential campaign, the source said.

    quote:

The source told the Mail on Sunday : "The Blairite, internationalist and Democratic party networks are buzzing with talk about Meghan's political ambitions and potential backers."

Should the Duchess of Sussex, 39, take the leap from Hollywood to royalty to politics, she would be running to be the first ever woman president.

A source close to the Duchess of Sussex declined to comment on the rumours last night, the Mail on Sunday said.

During the US election in 2020, Meghan urged voters to "reject hate speech", seen as a direct criticism of the disgraced former president Donald Trump, who said he was "not a fan" of Meghan.

    THIS!!!!!

If you've been working the whole time, and have had no interruption in income, this is just unneeded stimulus to sow into an economy that doesn't need stimulus (just open up).

If you were one of the folks destroyed by the stupid lockdowns, closures, restrictions and lunacy, this $1400 bucks might get you a tent you can use among the throngs of California homeless (but you will remain DESTROYED by over-reaching government "empathy").

    No friggin way.

I will take whatever they send me and give it to my white privileged children. If they are going to be saddled with the cost of paying it back, they are going to get it.

Hopefully as a FATHER I've taught them to not spend it on drugs, booze, tennis shoes and tattoos and they will be able to survive whatever these morons in charge do to the economy. That's what fathers do, ya know.

That said....I bet you returned any benefits you got from the evil tax cuts passed under Trump to the treasury, right? You are sooooooo virtuous.

Just pointing out the irony, and it works both ways. Supporting a certain government policy doesn’t morally obligate one to act against their interest of the policy that gets enacted.

Unemployment claims up 10% over the projected rate for February and retail sales lagged projections. The latter probably had to do with the awful weather we had.

Things that make you go hmmmm......

The Biden admin is quietly asking, even pleading, for Mexico to do more to curb illegal immigration across our southern border. It was under control until the current stupids in the admin tinkered with the policy. Mexico may be willing to step up retaining immigrants on their side of the border in exchange for more doses of the China virus vaccine. The likely brand would be the AstraZeneca vaccine since it has not been approved for use in the US.

Do SOMETHING RIGHT for a change, Joe! Make that deal.

If he does reinstate Trump's real "humanitarian" policies (and they truly were just that), he will be proclaimed a genius by Guisslapp and others.

Otherwise the screams you hear will be of the unaccompanied children trafficked, raped and murdered by the drug and people smuggling cartels.

Liberals don't care about humanity at all. They only care that they are viewed as being caring. It's all about virtue signalling for them. Plenty of instances of that right here on this forum.

You know, like saying you're going to defund police in urban areas to show you care (about the upper middle class white folks doing the protesting on behalf of the poor minority folks), making those poor folks in those urban areas certain victims to the criminal scum that roam those streets.
