Most of what he said, especially around viral particle sizes I have already responded to. He misses the point.

Have you seen the latest on Hunter Biden? They showed a video of him last night talking to a prostitute and he said there is a third laptop that he lost and the Russians have it and it has pictures of him doing really crazy sex acts. Do you think the Russians would use this against his daddy? I'd say they already have.

I don't think Hunter's daddy would know if he was being blackmailed...he would just be happy to get another ice cream cone and sit in the corner.

If there are antibiotics, antivirals, steroids, and antihistamines which are extremely safe and some doctors feel have been effective in fighting C-19 in its various stages, is there any harm in prescribing any of these $8 medicines and sending the patient home with a plan other than, “go to the hospital if you can’t breathe.” They can still advise them to get to an ER if they get worse.

A few things are in play.. main thing is your pulse oxygen levels.. If they dip into the low 90's you need to see your Dr. and get put on oxygen. It's best to have a pulse oxygen monitor at home if diagnosed with Covid. We have had one for years from my days as a volunteer firefighter/paramedic. Other thing is to watch to make sure symptoms don't get worse and you get other complications such as pneumonia etc.

Depends on the patient and severity of the disease. The main harm is the opportunity cost of not quickly putting someone on something like Regeneron which has very good data to support its ability to reduce hospitalization and death (by 70%) when started EARLY.

If it were my loved one, I would want them to get the best treatment available that gave them the best odds of preventing serious illness or death.

I agree with respect to regeneron as well. Failed to list it. I just feel very strongly that we have multiple options, but I know of several people who tested positive and a doctor told them to go home and ride it out. Just go to hospital if you get worse.

In north LA that's what all doctors and hospitals are basically doing -

No they do it in an outpatient sitting which take two to three hours (I think that that's what my wife says) and then they are sent home after an observation period -

But they are not formally admitted/hospitalized - there is a false impression out there that all covid patients are hospitalized and the hospitals/states is driving up the numbers to scare folks into getting vaccinated

I've got good friends who I consider "sane" who believe this nonsense hook, line and sinker
