I didn't read the article, but is there a difference between vax and unvax when it comes to the severity of the cases? It's not surprising, to me, that vax can spread the China Virus as readily as the unvax...although I can understand the theoretical reasoning thinking unvax folks would spread it worse...since, like Typhoid Mary, infected people can spread a contagious disease while not suffering the effects themselves.Originally Posted by FriscoDawg
Weak spin. You are still less likely to get COVID if you have the vaccine (thus ultimately less likely to transmit it), and vaccinated people, on average, clear the virus more quickly, leading to shorter period of time where they can transmit it.

Most vaccinated state, Vermont, has more cases per capita than any other state. Denmark, no mask, low transmission. The science says that the scientist are misleading us. Too bad they won’t look at their own data.
Edit: Sorry, Denmark is where they did a mask study and found no reduction in infection when comparing mask wearers to non mask wearers. Sweden is the no mask country.

You have bad info. The only state with lower per capita COVID than Vermont is Hawai’i. North Dakota, Alaska, Tennessee, Wyoming, South Dakota and Utah are at the top of the COVID per capita list.

Sorry, the info was from this article, but through another person I spoke with who misquoted. Still doesn’t look good for Vermont. State is doing a ton of testing. Are they using the tests that experts say should be thrown out because of inaccuracies? High positive rates among children who recover from the virus like it’s a ragweed reaction.
Sounds like someone lied to you to further a political narrative, because you were misled into believing something 180 degrees opposite of the truth - Vermont’s per capita Covid rate is the lowest in the continental US, which obviously supports the effectiveness of vaccination.
Also, if you actually read that article it tells the same story:
