I contracted the "Congo Flu" when in Europe some years back. My doctor said that particularly variant is very rare, especially in the US, so it would never be accounted for in the cocktail.

Indeed. In much the same way the COVID vaccines are designed based on what the scientists predict variants might look like. A mega-mutated omicron variant is similar to predicting the wrong flu variant for the yearly vaccine.

I was running a 105 fever! It was rough. Didn't know I had that Crimean---thingy fever. Sounds serious.

I think the total is much higher since local entities were chalking up as many deaths as possible to the virus to secure reimbursement. This, from the CDC, is an admission of over reporting based on an audit of their records. In MANY, MANY cases the CDC still has linked to the virus the information they received from various reporting agencies was bogus, but the CDC would not know which ones. Point is the REAL number of deaths caused by the China Virus is a lot lower, but only an extensive, nationwide audit of every hospital/agency would reveal the accurate number.

Just saw where the CDC has again revised DOWN the fatalities caused by the China Virus. Before long, the actual death total will be just 90-year-olds Mr and Mrs Theodore Jones...

Your ignorance is truly limitless. That statement was NOT said by the FDA. That was said by a random member of the public, Steve Kirsch, during an open comment session for the public. That clown is tied to other misinformation sources and has been a proponent of treatments that have been shown not to work in clinical studies.

You mean, again, clinical studies which excluded large swaths of the population in the data? You mean clinical studies conducted in conditions they knew certain drugs not to be affective? The truth is always closer to the middle than to the extremes. I simply wish that you and others like you could acknowledge that this magical consensus you speak of doesn’t exist.

I never once denied that ivermectin is widely used for anti-parasitic uses in humans. Neither did Fauci.

You do have the history backwards, though. It was used in veterinary applications BEFORE it was used in humans.
