Way to come back, DAWGS!!!!! Took us a while to get our rhythm in the first game, but the W was all that mattered. What a defensive show in the second half!!!!!!! I had my doubts after the 1st quarter, but stuck it out and SO glad I did!!!!!! ONE DOWN!!!!!

I really believe them having to come back like they did will establish a team personality of having grittiness, toughness, “don’t ever count us out”. And I also think this experience will help this group gel as a real team with a goal of winning the conference title.
Next up SMU.
it is nice we have a couple of posters who have positive things to say about our Dawgs. I concur with the two previous positive posts. Fewest yards allowed by an opponent since playing NM State in 2009 I read earlier.
