I've never been to any other game where the music is playing literally as both teams hike the ball. It has gotten excruciating! Two full college bands in the stands, and all we get is that DJ crap! Is anybody that should be in charge even in the stadium listening to that godawful mess? (okay, I feel better now).
Replay, stat updates, scores from around the country, and a couple of ads or announcements per half. Other than that, it should be off.
Tech’s Jumbotron is a massive reveal or representation of everything wrong with Tech athletics. There is nothing about how Tech uses this monstrous calamity that benefits the team or the fans. The same is true of the screen at the baseball games. These things are primarily supposed to be sources of game relevant information and added entertainment to the game but Tech doesn’t get that just like they don’t get so many things. Is our athletics department really this stupid or are they just uncaring? P.S. if there’s a conference fine for replaying controversial plays, Tech should play the replay and then pay the fine. There’s no way we should get screwed on our own field and just take it.

We had this videoboard since 2009 (14 yrs). We should have perfected the script in running the videoboard.

Since LATech Sports Properties financed it and got it, they get first dibs on output. . . . ads and promotions. Live action and free-lancing are the leftovers for us.
