The Germans just had a change in power, but the two major parties only have a slim 328 majority (I think 630 total seats for the incoming government, it can vary a bunch) and they don't get along so unless they can agree on squashing the smaller parties that is going to be a mess for a while. They have also stated they want to independence from the U.S. for whatever they think that means.

Well then get after it folks and solve all the world's problems... we will sit back and drink a beer for a while.

Reports are the US and Ukraine have reached some kind of agreement on the minerals. Comes two days after Putin offered Trump a minerals' deal in exchange for his anti-Ukrainian support. One day after Trump's negotiators told the Ukrainians that time was running out on US interest in their minerals.

Citizenship in this country is a heritage passed down from our fathers. It cannot be bought or sold.

I encourage President Trump to deeply consider the question of what it means to be an American (and whether or not you can become one just because you have a piece of paper saying so)
