And no one has been able to put a rifle in anyone's hands...but JFK was definitely shot by a rifle or two. I suppose Oswald's rifle fired itself, as did the other rifle or two.

The rifle and scope planted there would not make the shots. Have you seen anything proving the rifle was actually fired?

Not saying someone else wasn’t shooting from the window with a real gun and scope. Physics says there was another shot from in front of JFK.

I have always thought the second shot came from right front (the grassy knoll). Well, it seems to me if someone can prove Oswald was not a shooter, although privy to the plot and in on it, then it follows there would be/should be some suspects. Yet, not only has no one identified, by name, any possible suspects (shooters), no one has produced a shred of tangible evidence that even points toward someone. Maybe Jack Ruby killed, or shot at, JFK with a rifle and then took out Oswald.

We’ll never hear because LBJ and the CIA actually did it and set the whole thing up. The JFK files were and are a simple distraction

One of you post a link to this photo of Oswald outside the Book Depository at the moment of the shooting. I have searched and have found nothing. Haven't even found a link to where this photo is even mentioned. Watched two more interviews with Curry, he never mentions this photo.

Re: CIA and the JFK Assassination

    Thanks.

That's Billy Lovelady, or some such name. That dude even admitted that was him. Now, was he paid off to say that? Could be! Nothing would surprise me. But more importantly modern photo technology can scan, enhance, and determine more about photos, even old ones. Seems to me this photo can be examined using computer-enhanced technology to make a better determination on this, is that Oswald? Is that the other dude? I was hoping there was another photo of "Oswald."

But, if Curry was convinced this was indeed Oswald he should have made more of a case for it. Challenged the Warren Commission's findings, etc.

Even IF Oswald was not an actual shooter...well, in fact, because Oswald was not an actual shooter, given this is him in that photo, that just further discredits the Warren Commission's report and gives more credence to the 2nd and/or 3rd shooter theories.

The would-be defense attorney for Oswald, name?, is interviewed and says Oswald's fingers/hands were tested for residue...paraffin test?...and it indicated that he had not fired a rifle recently. I'm not sure how such a test was conducted and how does it prove whether you had recently fired a rifle. This was not a muzzle-loading black powder rifle, which I have fired hundreds of times over the years, and yeah, you have black powder stains on your fingers. But a more modern rifle with brass bullets? Anyway, that lawyer was 100% convinced Oswald was not one of the shooters that day.

So, now we have THREE unknown shooters? Gotta hand it to those involved in the cover-up. Masterful job for sure.

JFK FILES: What We Already Know

With the continuing drip of new JFK assassination documents, let’s not forget the hard truths already publicly available:

Dallas Police Chief Jesse Curry (11/22/63): “We don’t have any proof that Oswald fired the rifle. No one has been able to put him in that building with a gun in his hand.”

    Timeline Problems:
    • JFK was shot at 12:30 PM.
    • Oswald was seen on the 1st floor at 12:25 (Carolyn Arnold, TSBD employee).
    • He was getting change for a Coke just moments before the shots (Geraldine Reid, TSBD employee).
    • 72 seconds after the shooting, he was calmly drinking a Coke in the 2nd floor lunchroom (Officer Baker & TSBD’s Roy Truly).
The Official Story Doesn't Add Up

If Oswald was the shooter, he’d have to:
✔️ sprint across the 6th floor to hide the rifle
✔️ sprint down multiple flights of stairs
✔️ arrive at the lunchroom, buy a Coke, and act normal -- all within 72 seconds

Problem: A witness on the 4th floor landing saw NO ONE on the stairs except co-workers; none of whom were Oswald. It was physically impossible for Oswald to have been in the sniper’s nest.

So why did the government and media push a different story?

Detective Jim Leavelle (handcuffed to Oswald in the famous basement “assassination” photo) later admitted: “We were preparing for trial, and if the witness couldn’t provide anything we could use against Oswald, it wasn’t important.”

The truth has been in plain sight for almost 60 years, so the real question are: what have all these investigations really been about? why the purposeful deception by the government and a complicit media?
