And on Halloween... families with trick or treaters will be out. If that had been quarter break it would have been a trifecta. I mean I guess they have to do what they can.

Only other options for HC would have been 9/20 or 11/22. I wonder if there would have been a penalty if we moved it to Saturday, 11/1? Does CBSSN exposure (and little TV $) outweigh a presumably larger crowd on a Saturday?

That probably depends on how long term we're thinking.

For current fans and young potential future fans? Probably not.

For administrators who won't be around for the next generation of fans (or lack thereof)? I mean, we do need the money and supposedly this "everyone still watches linear tv and flips channels and stops on G6 football and then immediately sends money" exposure is immeasurable.
