Absolutely not. China is openly supporting Putin and that is not good for Ukraine. I would think YOU would be thrilled that Putin is continuing to get China's help. Afterall, that bad Ukraine needs to cease to exist, right?
But, as this pertains to Trump, his mouth continues to write checks no one can cash.
Hah! while chasing a Filipino fishing boat two Chicom vessels collided with each other. A Chink navy frigate took the bow off a Chink coast guard cutter, both ships were seriously damaged, the cutter getting the worst of it. At last report both ships are still afloat.
China is buying Russian LNG again. Citing no fear of a US economic retaliation China allowed a Russian LNG tanker to dock and will start buying all the LNG Putin can ship to them. Beijing suspended the purchase of Russian LNG when the Biden administration balked and threatened sanctions. Now, under Trump, the Chicoms are bold again citing Trump's reluctance, and the friendliness of Trump to his good pal Putin.
Wow! Sleepy Joe is more respected/feared than Trump!

Wow! I sometimes wonder if I am just wasting my time trying to provide information and a little education on this forum. Posts like this makes me question the IQ level of some folks. Maybe you do know better and are just posting stupid stuff in an attempt to stir the pot. If it's the former, I can't help you, if it's the latter, stop it. I don't like playing games with important issues.
For others who might be reading this, but don't post, India is a key to world stability. Not THE key as there are a lot of moving parts in geopolitics, but certainly a key, and right now the single most important one. And, the easiest path for the US (and our remaining allies...ahem.) to secure the dominant position in world power. Simply put, securing India as our staunch ally guarantees our hold on being THE superpower. In his first term Trump made it a top priority to win the friendship/alliance with India. Together with India, and then Japan and Australia, Trump formed the first Quad, an agreement of mutual support aimed at containing Chicom expansionism. Trump then went on to other matters and having to deal with all that lawfare and failed to deliver on some promises made. This created some tension with India, that could have been rectified had the Biden administration not totally reneged on the agreements.
India has the largest population, the 3rd largest economy and the 3rd most powerful military. And geographically they sit in an extremely critical spot on the globe for influencing (i.e. controlling) world commerce and being in the right place to operate from militarily. One (with an ounce of brain matter) can readily see how great it would be to have India as a strong ally. No, we don't have to grovel or bend the knee to India or anyone. That's actually a dumb thing to suggest. All we have to do is what Trump did do in his first term...make an agreement with India and this time stick to it.
Seeing conflicting reports on our trade situation with China. Some sources insist China is at our mercy as we are huge consumers of Chinese-made products. The US has a $250 billion trade deficit with China, or something like that. And other sources say China is easily replacing their exports to the US and are in no hurry to make any kind of deal. Europe has increased the purchase of Chinese goods by 16% and Africa has upped theirs by 30%, because China has sweetened the pot by offering each some discounts.
I think we need to have some kind of trade agreement with China, but we definitely need to eliminate (not just reduce) our dependency on critical items like REMs, pharmaceuticals, chips, and other electronics.
HUGE movements of army units/troops in China. This is way more than the regular movements of equipment/troops seen for routine trainings. China has done several fake movements to the coast, to three ports opposite Taiwan, for training and to lure Taiwan into a false sense of security. It's part of the Chicom military doctrine to conduct maneuvers that look real just to test the reaction of their enemies. But, these recent movements are at least 10X larger according to one source which monitor Chinese military movements.
Lot of video is leaking out...or is being allowed out by the Chicoms...showing huge convoys. One military convoy took 45 minutes to clear an intersection with one fellow capturing it all on his phone and then posting on a social media platform. There are numerous trains and big lowboy trucks moving tanks and other heavy vehicles.
Some speculation includes an invasion of Taiwan is imminent or this may actually be an indication of a Chinese coup, a civil war brewing. Reports have been leaking out that there's a group of Chicom leaders and generals who want Xi forced out.
