It's not bad luck. It is a complete systematic failure of putting people in positions they should not hold and then wondering why they screw up over and over. Then replacing them with people who are of like mind and skill or actually worse. Bad hires, bad contracts, bad scheduling, we are bad at everything from the top down.

Crumbie hasn't taught our guys anything other than how to lose since he got here, so you know there wasn't some big reflection or learning moment afterwards.
