A man that knows his beer! I think they ought to make Abita Beer the official beer of Louisiana Tech!
Abita is great but Jax has to be "the official beer of Louisiana".
The official beer of Louisiana Tech would be "whatever is on sale at M&M's"
The official beer should be one currently in production. I'm an old school Dixie fan myself but Katrina took care of that. Abita is the state beer of Louisiana.

Maybe you, me and Charlie should open up a brewery in the Shreveport/Bossier Area. I know we've got plenty of people we know who'd be more than happy to be testers. Actually, that was my dream for the longest time was to open up a brewery. I even had the name, advertising and all thought out. However, if I did that, I don't think that I would be too welcome in my in-laws' house.
