I am a little confused about what you are needing an answer to.
If you are looking for a bill for your season tickets it will probably be April before those start going out. I think the WAC finalizes the scheduals late Feb early March and that is the hold up with the printing of the season ticket pamplets. As far as CHAMPS goes you can pay online or just call Jimmy Hand's office (318-257-2933) anytime you want. If you just told Brenda you wanted to join back in Dec. more than likely your contact info was misplaced or they just haven't gotten to your name yet. (It was pretty crazy around that time for her.) I do know that she is still going through all the info we all gave her in Dec. because she called me last week with a question about my tickets.
Thanks, that makes it clear. Do you donate online at latechsports.com? How do you make online payments to champs?
There is a link at latechsports.com, and it takes you to the University Foundation website. Basically, when you make a payment to CHAMPS you are actually making a payment to the Foundation designated to CHAMPS.
I sent my $25 for a student membership that way. I didn't get any kind of membership stuff (supposedly even student members are supposed to get a card) but I did get a letter from JO and a letter from JH, as well as an invite to the signing day luncheon (even though I signed up for CHAMPS in January).
Also I'd like to add that she has had some computer problems as well. She lost several people e-mails in a spam filter. If you have sent something to her and she hasn't replied, I'd ask that you just resend the e-mail. She thinks that the problem is solved.

Thanks to Johnnylightnin, Beaz17, JAB, and Domangue too!
FWIW, I agree with most of the ideas of the original poster.
Especially the thoughts on scheduling.
You cannot expect to build a program by selling out and getting paid for sure-fire losses (Money games). It takes W's to build a program. It takes W's to put butts in seats. It takes W's to qualify for Bowl Games. And it takes W's to get the recruits we're after.
Schedule more home games and gear that scheduling toward competitive opponents. A chance would be nice.
still a ways to go, huh?
