Never have seen specifics of the allegations. The article emphasizes the school's position, but doesn't really tell what was supposed to have happened to her. Odd. Always hard to know who to believe in these situations.

*Randy Welniak, her supervisor, sexually harassed Johnson-Klein by saying she shouldn't dress so provocatively at games and public events, and used the word "cleavage."
*Former athletic director Scott Johnson sexually harassed Johnson-Klein when he said during a public event that a booster might want to "play defense" with her.
*Fresno State had a double standard for women's basketball because it was tardy in getting the program a soft-drink machine and a director of operations; the men's basketball program had both.
*Fresno State had a double standard for women's basketball because men's basketball coach Ray Lopes had a better parking spot.

*Johnson-Klein took a half-bottle of prescription painkillers from a player.
*Johnson-Klein told several assistant coaches to give part of their bonuses to the team secretary; the coaches paid taxes on the full amount.
*Johnson-Klein talked restaurants into feeding her for free, then pocketed the per diem.
*Johnson-Klein made some players pick up her hotel room, then pack and carry her bags. *Johnson-Klein bought 900 prescription painkillers from late October 2004 through late January 2005; President John Welty testified he would have fired her just for this excessive use had he known.

This is two in a row for Fresno state on discrimination suits. The former female Volleyball coach was recently awarded just under 5 million due to discrimination.
Now the volleyball coach is gonna sue the courts because she was discriminated against. Why should basketball warrant $19 mil and VB only $5 mil? Hmmmm????

I think the volleyball case went first and won. She only asked for 5 million. SJK just had a better lawyer and asked for more.

Sometimes I think you look for things to create conflict. It's not obvious at all "which side he is on". All he did was post the arguments from each side. How does that show a bias?
