    Calm down...baby steps.

This is the first time I can remember the stadium looking close to accurate. If the department is ACTUALLY WORKING with EA, then that is an improvement.

I am sure next year we will be in all blue in the stands, and I am sure the logo will be updated. But while we are discussing small details that need to get corrected, it appears on the LA Tech vs. Virginia game pics that the visiting crowd is seating on the wrong side. The visiting fans usually sit in the end zone beside the field house...they have them on them on the other endzone. Again minor detail.

The upgrades already look great though.

    Pretty nice, I must admit.

I saw earlier that there will be an "EA Locker" feature in the game where users will be able to share saved files, the most anticipated of which being saved and modified rosters. There's already people who have the complete, most up-to-date rosters (complete with names) available in their lockers so that they can be downloaded as soon as you buy the game. I guess this means no more sitting down for hours with my laptop in front of me trying to match a number, position, height, and weight to a real person as he appears on the official roster. I'll survive without that, I think.

Don't you really hate it when you get to a guy that isn't on the team and you can't change their class?

You used to be able to buy a memory card with all the correct player names off of Ebay, but it sounds like this feature will improve the system of getting all the correct names. Gotta love some Dynasty Mode.

    Xbox vs. PS3

Does anyone know if Tech's stadium has been updated on the PS3 version as well? Are there any other differences in the Xbox and PS3 version? I've got both a PS3 and an Xbox 360 and would like to get the best version of the game, assuming there are in fact any differences.

And no, I am not a super-geeky video game dweeb. I have a whopping total of 2 games for the xbox and none for the PS3. I needed a good Blu-Ray disc player and apparently the PS3 is about the best one there is on the market. On top of that it actually costs the same or even less compared to stand alone Blu-Ray players!

Are you trying to convince us or yourself? :icon_wink:
    Jordan Mills on choosing Tech:
“It’s a great experience seeing them play. It was a good atmosphere. The fans stood up the whole game and never sat down. They have a great fan base.”

The stadium looks pretty darn accurate in the 2009 version on PS3. I was impressed with it. They did a nice job. I can't speak to the Xbox version, though.

    Both.

    And my wife.

Here is your man lesson for the day: A PS3 is a lot easier to justify to your budget director/wife if you can convince her how much better it will make watching movies like Pretty Woman and The Notebook. She doesn't necessarily have to know how great JAS looks in NCAA '09 or how cool Gran Turismo 5 is going to be.
