i see where hes been throwing really good except one outing over in the tcl. with the aug 15 deaadline sneaking up does anyone know more about his situation? how hard has he been throwing? will he get the money hes wanting? thanks

Don't know much, but I did hear he is going to sign because his scholarship got dropped and he would have to walk-on this year. It might have already been mentioned, but most definitely he will sign on the dotted line

0-1 record in 9 relief appearances....13.2 ip...11 h...7 r...5 er....8 bb.....20 so... .217 ba Everything looks real promising (except the 8 walks). It looks like he has helped himself somewhat.We don't know if he has gotten his fastball back into the mid 90's again and that is what got him all the attention in the Cape.Adam & Jericho may get to bat against him if he goes to Arizona Rookie league after signing in the nex't two weeks.

The article states that Luke will be going to fall instructionals in Arizona. Jericho will be there also for the Cubs. It is considered an honor to be invited to instructionals.They load up with the top prospects from each organization and receive intense instruction from the inf/outfield/pitching/hitting directors,and go head to head in games.I feel confident that this will be a real boost to their careers as they are just getting started.
