    Moats to the Cardinals

Just saw this; maybe it will work out for him!

Cardinals signed RB Ryan Moats to their practice squad.

Second-round bust J.J. Arrington has fallen out of favor with the Cards, so perhaps former Eagles third-round bust Moats can eventually work his way into Arrington's role. Don't count on any fantasy value here.

Let's hope so. Moats has so much potential.

And I agree--we would all love to see Ryan get a chance, a real chance, to be the Cardinal's RB. In order to do that, he MUST stay healthy & he MUST secure the football at all costs. Nothing irritates coaches more than a RB who turns the ball loose now & then. They simply will not put up with turnovers.

Tiki Barber had that problem and corrected it by changing the way he carried the ball. Maybe Ryan should look into that.

Maybe Ryan will get some opportunities here. Arizona definitely did not have a running game Sunday, chalking up only 42 yards on the ground. They may be ready to try someone new.

Hard to run the football when its 34-0 at the half. Hopefully Ryan hooks on with someone else from here.

"Receiver Anquan Boldin's questionable status for this week is probably behind the team's practice squad move today. Receiver Onrea Jones, who was released last week, was re-signed. Running back Ryan Moats was released."

I'll always remember that about Jimmy Johnson with the Cowboys. If you put the ball on the ground more than once, pack your bags. He had NO TOLERANCE for fumblers.
