Attended the WVU/Auburn gameThrusday night, before the game the Auburn fans were chanting "sec, sec", but by the end of the game the WVU fans were chanting "sec, sux". Pretty funny and inventive.
Don't really understand why anyone would chant their conference name. I guess they thought it might intimidate WVU or something.

I thought Auburn's defense was tough, but in that game the blew a 17-3 lead and gave up 207 yards rushing to Devine.

The sec's glory days may be fading.

Playing for the National Championship a few years ago in the Orange Bowl they show several different shots of the crowd before the game and during and (almost) everytime several of the fans flash the upsidedown hook em horns sign. Guess what genius? You are playing FSU not Texas. I had almost forgotten that until last weekend when they flashed the Sooner crowd during their game and sure enough 6 or 7 out of the 20 in the screenshot flash the upsidedown hook em horns sign. Guess what genius you played Texas last week not this week!!! I know it's a rival but come on. When you do that and you aren't even playing them it only builds UT up and makes you look like a little stepbrother. OU has accomplished too much on their own to look obsessed with another school. Thats almost as bad as A&M's obsession with UT when they chant "saw varsity's horns off and down with the orange and the white" when they are playing say Colorado or Louisiana Tech. I know it is tradition but again it makes them look like little step brothers.
