The afternoon of March 8th finds Tech playing SMU as part of a double-hitter for the Mustangs. Weather permitting, I will have a grill and my beverage choice if you would like to join us. Daughter and former Techster is the SMU coach. Take a chance on my food or throw your own on the grill. SMU will play Yale first around noon and Tech about 4:00. My wife just wishes there was a Louisiana style drive-in daiquiri place in Texas. I wll remind you again closer to the match.

I want to remind you that tech will visit smu this sunday @ 4:00pm. I will have the grill going so come on over. The day starts @ 10:00 with the smu women playing yale followed by a men's match and then the tech/smu match. Lauren's team had their greatest win in her tenure with a 5-2 victory over #17 arkansas last week. Her #1 girl also beat the #4 player in the country.

It was ribs, sausage and bud lite on a great weather day with very little wind for a change. One of tech's players played for my ex assistant and her family was there. Lauren got to catch up on some of the changes in ruston since graduating on 03 with the tech coach. Of course my favorite is no more j. O. As ad!
