I talked to him after the game on Saturday, he said it hit him square in the armpit. Second one he swatted like a fly, Bama was lucky he didn't get hit for a penalty for Unsportsmanlike Conduct after the second block.

Love this picture of him. Poor Arkansas player about to feel the Mt. Cody Avalanche

I'm wondering this myself. With the injuries we played with during the USU game, my guess would be OL. He's still listed on the roster as an OL. As far as I know, we've got 5 healthy DTs.

Re: Ellis

That's what I was thinking. I was hoping he would become a DL. We're gonna need em after Boo leaves.

Re: Ellis

Mt. Ellis, much lighter now than when he reported in August, has been activated & will be playing DT for us tomorrow.

Thanks coach. Wow...DT. Did we lose a DT?

Coach I know you have had your eye on him. Do you think he will contribute in a significant way?

Is it because of an injury coach or are we just trying something new to ensure that we get LOTS of pressure on the Idaho QB?

We better pressure him because with our thin secondary, he'll pick us apart if we don't.

Re: Ellis

Maybe we're just hoping to bring pressure/stop any running with 4? That way we can jam as many passing lanes as possible?

We've never been real good against passing teams... the only one we've played so far is UH, but their O-Line was terrible.

Me to. I just wanna see just how fast this 330-350 guy is. People have always said "he can move" "he has good feet" etc.

I have never seen somebody that big that has good feet. Never. Excited to see what a fast 330 guy looks like.

Watch Terrance Cody... 365 and he moves. Probably close to what Ellis is too.
