I may have seen him momentarily on the video feed (between "DEFENSE" and "NOISE" graphics), but it was kind of blurry.

Yep, you could hear it on the stream. Gotta tip the hat to the Tech fans in Houston and the students who drove down to the game. Ya'll could be heard from start to finish and postgame.

I wouldn't worry about that. This isn't like the file-sharing stuff. You aren't downloading protected content to your computer with the streaming (unless you are capturing the feed, but that is a different issue). Worst case is that the Feds shut them down during a broadcast and you lose the feed.
I've had decent luck with the channelsurfing feeds, but some of the justin feeds has been terrible, not to mention their requiring me to download players.
And I had the young version of the DFiH there with me; in your seat!That would be DawgFanInHous!!!! He's the "pretty boy" type....
