Fortunately, sometimes I'm able to catch 'em coming in my rearview mirror and block the lane. I always find it amusing how those who are most disrespectful of others or the first to cry the loudest when they feel they've been disrespected.

Read the laws, driving between traffic is called lane splitting and it is legal in certain states. You blocking a motorcyclist line of travel is like you saying "Wah, I have to sit still while he can still go, that is so unfair" (Thumb sucking may also be involved too). And yes I see plenty of motorcyclist that drive too fast and are disrespectful of others. But, it's just like automobiles, most try to be considerate, but the ones that don't give all others a bad name.

Just as an example, it is my right to break the law and speed if I want, but some motorists feel the need to pull over in front of me so they don't have to turn off their cruise control, with no regard to the fact that I may be going 20 miles an hour faster, and this is irritating whether I am in my car or on my motorcycle.

So basically, everyone needs to just give and take and be considerate and understand that they aren't the only ones on the road.

No, thumb sucking isn't involved, but sudden door opening is at times. To be honest, I don't care if it's legal in every state. If I'm stuck in traffic, and I see a motorcycle come motoring between the two lanes, I'm going to block it off if for no other reason than to risk the chance that the motorbike might swerve and scratch my car and keep on heading down the road in addition to the fact that it is unfair. Other than that, you won't find a driver who is more aware and considerate of those who chose to ride motorcycles. I almost bought one several years ago. So, it's nothing personal against bike riders.

You know, I've followed your posts on here pretty closely ever since I got that private message from you including going back and reading previous posts, and I have to say you have a real personality issue. It doesn't seem that you really know how or even care how to interact with others in a civil and decent manner. For instance, what's with the thumb sucking reference? I made no personal attack towards you and simply stated what a peeve of mine was.

To be honest, I was shocked when you told me how old you are and not totally sure I believe it because you seem to act more like a juvenile or someone who hasn't experienced much of the world and the others who inhabit it. It's not my common practice to confront people on here as I just have you, but I feel it's warranted. Just a bit of advice. You need to tone it down a little or you might find the confrontation you seem to be looking for considering the tone of many of your posts. I'll tell you what, you can go ahead and respond, but I won't see it. I never thought I'd have to put a Tech fan on ignore before. Oh, and since you mentioned the spelling issue and how awesome of a private school education you got, I feel compelled to respond. You might want to have your parents ask for a refund.

Just messing with everyone, I try to be very considerate, just ruffling feathers with a little tongue in cheek humor.

Getting called out at 4:45 am to a Police wreck where they need you to pull the camera card out of the DVR to preserve the integrity of the video of the wreck, only to get on scene 30 minutes later to find out that the system didn't work right and didn't record any video.

30 minutes back home and now I can't sleep.

Are you only allowed to hate a place if you have lived there?

I lived there for three years and never want to live there again. Great place to visit, but would hate to live there again.
