Have to submit a proposal to host. I'm quite sure we didn't just like FAU didn't and, at one time, was looking at being a #1 seed at someone else's park.

We did not submit a proposal, but I'm not sure we meet the qualifications to host. We certainly don't have the gameday people capable.

If our AD has a clue, he will begin the research next week on how, what, when, etc. for 2017.

Hell of a post game show by our fine bunch from Learfield. Good grief!

This subject came up a couple of years ago when Mississippi State fans were upset because they could not get tickets to the regional in Lafayette. At the time it was pointed out that the NCAA had no minimum stadium seating requirement, only that each school was to be allotted 300 tickets. And as I recall, the hotel requirements weren't so stringent that Ruston wouldn't be able to host.

I don't know if any of those requirements has changed since then.

Do you think if ( don't want to jinks us)we win the tourny, will they send us to OLE MISS, BR, or ULaughable. NO chance we host.....some HUGE things would have to happen for that to ever happen.

We are certainly a better choice to host a regional than @ Lafayette as I thought these things went to the better team. We are clearly the better team. No question.
