Cuomo is worried that the FBI and DoJ are overplaying their hand too quickly. And that it will strengthen Trump and embolden MAGA Trump supporters. All of which could eventually lead to the demolition of the "Deep State" and administrative state that left-wingnut politicians like Cuomo have to count on to remain in power in perpetuity.

If the first story is true, I hope he made copies!
Not only did the appointed magistrate (refuse to call him a judge) who approved the search warrant represent Epstein right after he reached a settlement, he also managed to recuse himself from a case that Trump's team brought not that long ago.
He recuses himself in an action that would potentially have a favorable outcome for Trump but doesn't recuse himself from being involved in issuing this warrant. Typical Deep State instance of shopping for someone who would approve the warrant.
