The weather has been favorable for a few weeks.

Louisiana Tech University Athletics Construction - 5/1/20
So, what's the new project going in on the west side of the TAC, but on the south side of Alabama Street? (In the picture, it's in right front of the fire smoke.) Lots of dirt flying there too.
Large college apartment complex where old trailer park used to be. I’m guessing it will be a $20 million+ investment. 3rd major housing development geared to college students currently under development.

What about the color of the water in the lake in Hide Away Park? Is all the construction runoff going right in to the lake?
I doubt it. It probably has to do with the time when this photo was taken (I assume this was captured around early afternoon). If it was taken in early morning, you would have at total different look from the lake with the deep blue sky and indirect sun light.
