They were actually doing what he promised they would do when he showed up 4.5 years ago.

Toward the end of the game the Wichita State announcers complimented us on our depth as we played 9 or 10 different players over the course of the game and they didn't see any let down.

Yeah, but Bracey has already gotten injured, hasn't he?

That's good news. That's what it takes to consistently win college basketball games.

Outside of Duruji, our players seemed like they played within their capabilities. Good shot selection for the most part. Bracey is great except when he sits on the ball too long and has to force a shot at the end of the shot clock. I thought our team looked composed and confident for the most part.

I meant a big. We are way deep enough at guard

To me, Bracey is unique in the sense that he cannot be guarded one on one. He sometimes kills flow when he tries to play one on three, but he's basically not guardable by a single player. I think he is essential to our team going forward. I'd appreciate your thoughts.

I agree 100 percent. When healthy, most dynamic point we have ever had. He was the best player on the floor last night and he almost always is. He was at Alabama last year too and their super frosh was drafted in the first round.

But AA may be our best scorer. He just somehow finds a way to put the ball in the basket.

Yeah man, Archibald's pull up perimeter shots in transition and his rebounding were great last night. I think it is a mistake to pit the two against one another is mistaken. We have both and we need everything each player brings to the table. I actually think Bracey is the best scorer and Archibald is the best stabilizer. No comparison or controversy necessary.

No, I like both being on the court. We have 3 legit points, with Derrick. Don’t ever remember having that

And Providence was picked 3rd in the Big East preseason coach's poll at their media day at MSG a few week ago. It does appear to be a nice win for the Shockers.

And, 3rd in the Big East is a prediction that they will be an at-large bid to the tournament.

Beating Wichita State, especially on the road, is a quality win. But lest we forget, the Dawgs beat Evansville in that tourney as part of a 5-0 start, or something like that.

    We finished 17-16.
