No thanksgiving home game...nice
Time is your friend. Impulse is your enemy. -John Bogle
Thanksgiving is November 21, I think. I can never remember if it's the third or last Thursday, though.
Texas is getting a lot of hype, helped by their Sugar Bowl win. We get first crack at the newly revised UT-Austin juggernaut!
Thanksgiving is November 28th this year
I said $2M. I meant $2M total each year, not per P5 game.
Our AD did the contract. He will never tell and our beat writer is too stupid to ask.
There are always two weekends that are bad for both semester schools and us around Thanksgiving. Not much he can do for us to help here, but if there were anything he could do to help he would likely fail at it.
IF they did that, they would owe us at least $500K if it is anything like our game contracts in the past. That was the lowest I could find in the handful of our contracts that I have (A&M, Miss. St. etc). They also would have a lot of trouble being the home team on the back end of any series for the foreseeable future. It would be self defeating for NC State to do that.
So, LA Tech will have two Open dates in 2019. And they are perfectly situated on the calendar. Hmmm. That alone should give us a big edge this season.

Just FYI, the 2022 Baylor game was changed to 9/3 instead of 9/10.
