Trump is forcing libtards to examine themselves, and they don't like what they see.

Exactly! They are seeing what conservatives have been saying about them for decades and it's all been true.

Since Mr. Trump’s remarks, though, many of his supporters have changed their attitudes.

Trump voters are now much more likely to say that they view the N.F.L. negatively, reflecting a sharp change around Sept. 23, when Mr. Trump criticized the players at a speech in Alabama. The views of Hillary Clinton voters have not changed appreciably over the last few weeks.“
Well the New York Slime had to get their liberalism spin you know amongst the bad news for the NFL.

This is how he won the election my friend. He is in the main stream of what Joe American believes and thinks.
But the protests began last year. How come there was no spike in disapproval until Trump said something? Your article posted the approval and disapproval ratings over time.

I would think the #NotMyPresident fantasy could have a lot to do with it.

If the commish had dealt with it and followed the NFLs rules last year, there would not be a problem this year. He was scared to take any action.

You'd have roasted him for interfering in a private business.

Obama and his AG interfered often and were roasted often, but nobody ever heard about it because the drive by media ignored it.

    From that article:

"The culprit is, in part, the welfare system itself, which discourages work and penalizes marriage. When the War on Poverty began, 7 percent of American children were born outside marriage. Today the number is 41 percent. The collapse of marriage is the main cause of child poverty today."

And among that 41%, we know that their level of education will on average be lower than those born in traditional two-parent homes. We also know that our prisons are largely comprised of people with lower education levels and from single parent homes. It's almost like someone has set the wheels in motion to create a permanent underclass.

The fact that "these communities" exist 50 years after the civil rights movement shows me that SOMEONE or some entity (democrat party) wants them there. These "communities" were not a part of MLK's vision.

And it's obviously not all just racial either. African Americans were just easy targets for the dems because they were mostly congregated together in one place and tremendously poor after years of discrimination and segregation. They have done a remarkable job of exploiting them while keeping them corralled, agitated and chasing red herrings (hands up, don't shoot never happened....there are studies that show police are actually less likely to use deadly force on African Americans).

Remember that Hillary was trying the same thing with the miners in Appalachia. That she would be there with government programs to help them get on their feet when their jobs were gone (much like the war on poverty was supposed to do). I bet they were already buying the buses they were going to use to shuttle these people back and forth to the polling places to get their purchased vote.

The playing field is about as level as it is ever going to get in America. Money is what buys you influence, justice and power in this country, and it is largely colorblind. Do you think the sons of Juan Williams or the daughters of Obama confront the same things people in poverty (both black and white) experience every day?

Beware of white people screaming racism and pointing fingers. Their intent may be exactly the opposite of what they say.

Trump is the best thing that's happened to this country since Ronald Reagan. Let's face facts....the "swamp" of worthless politicians in this country --both Republican and Democrat-- is very deep, and it's not easy to drain it. But Trump's doing it. He's getting it done. And libtards like you just don't like it. You don't like it because he's not "politically correct".....which is EXACTLY what Trump's supporters like about him. You also don't like it because you can't do anything about it. The "Fake News" media can't touch him because Trump just goes around them via Twitter and other forms of social media. He doesn't need them, and that's something else you and your kind don't like. This is why us Trump supporters laugh at you and the other liberals. It's a new age....and ironically, it's your side that has failed to adjust.

Sounds like you got a problem.

Exactly. This is a GREAT example of what we love about Donald Trump. He pushes all the BS to the side and TELLS IT EXACTLY LIKE IT IS. Trump did it again a couple of weeks ago when he said "the NFL's owners are afraid of their players". So true. HE NAILED IT! But you wouldn't hear anybody else say it for fear of being criticized as racists, etc... But the fact is, the NFL's ownership just laid down and made excuses for well over a year on this issue for fear of offending its players and pissing the players off. People are tired of this shit.
