So SCOTUS just denied request to stop PA certification. This is weird based upon what Alito did earlier, but whatever, don't understand the legal procedure anyway. Looks like 9-10 more states will be joining Texas lawsuit (Louisiana being one), which will be heard by SCOTUS.
Not weird at all. The Supreme Court wanted to deny it without dissent rather than let the clock run out.
The Texas case is an even bigger loser, if that is even possible.
You are just choosing to let people that confirm your biases let you think Trump still has a chance. He doesn’t and hasn’t. It is all make believe.

Officials all-of-a-sudden discover 12 uncounted ballots in race GOP leads by 12 votes
Mind-boggling things are happening in the race to represent New York’s 22nd Congressional District.
Republican Claudia Tenney, as of the reported results Saturday, led incumbent Democratic Rep. Anthony Brindisi by 12 votes, according to The Post-Standard in Syracuse.
Last week, 55 uncounted ballots were mysteriously found, The Washington Examiner reported.
As for now, those votes aren’t being counted, and 11 of them have been deemed to have been cast by unregistered voters.
Why are votes still being found in December for an election that occurred on Nov. 3?
Nobody seems to have a coherent answer for the oddities, but the upstate district's race just keeps getting stranger.
In a stunning coincidence -- if you believe in coincidences -- 12 additional votes have now been found.
WBNG-TV broke the stunning news Monday, announcing a dozen votes were found in a drawer in Chenango County.
Also Monday, Tenney and Brindisi faced off in court, with New York Supreme Court Justice Scott DelConte hearing from legal counsel for both candidates.
“Brindisi's team is asking the judge to hold off on allowing a certification [of Tenney as the winner] until they can sort out errors made by county boards of elections. DelConte has called those errors ‘serious,’” WBNG reported.
DelConte, a Democrat, revealed during the proceeding that the 12 additional ballots had been unearthed.
“WOW: Justice DelConte casually mentions an additional 12 ballots were found in Chenango County in a drawer last week,” WBNG reporter Josh Rosenblatt said in a tweet Monday.

“To be clear, there is absolutely no evidence or even an allegation before this court of any fraud on the part of the Boards or the campaigns. Nor is there any evidence that the Boards’ failures and errors were a result of the pandemic, recent amendments to the election law, or a strain upon the Boards of Elections’ capacity and resources,” DelConte wrote. Instead, he said, they simply did not follow state law out of carelessness — thus impeding the court’s ability to rule on genuine challenges.
My wife and I both have pre-existing conditions so, I don't get out much. But, the good news is, thanks to President Trump's warp speed program, I could be getting the vaccine later this month or in January.

Try to listen to this grifters podcast. He spends the first 16 minutes promoting ads before telling you that he knows what other people don’t know (and unlike others will tell how he sees it) and this Texas lawsuit really has a chance. Well, we know how that one turned out, and since he was leveraging his journalistic reputation on that farse, it is kind of hard to take him serious. And, well, the misinformation he promotes on his website has a very poor track record.

I have no doubt the Dems will try to steal the elections, it's what they do. And they are emboldened by what they see is a clear path, as the Trump campaign had witnesses and evidence and is getting nowhere. So, all they have to do in Georgia is not be totally stupid and obvious and they will be able to stop the count at any point and insert any number of "found" ballots.
