microsoft word makes it impossible to copy text from one document into another without completely ruining the format consistency. there is literally no paste option that is not terrible.

My BMI is 34.0. I have a 33" waist but 36" pants fit better.
According to BMI - I'm obese! They say I'd be in "normal" weight at 175. I don't think I've weighed that since Sophomore year of HS. The last time I was 215, my mom was worried that I was sick with some unknown disease!
Same boat. Little lower BMI and 1 inch bigger waist. I like my 36’s.
BMI is a ridiculous measurement. Anybody who does minimal weight training will usually blow up the silly BMI chart.
