    From the ODU beat... http://pilotonline.com/sports/colleg...0b8375133.html

He says 2017 will be C-USA vs. MAC in the Bahamas Bowl.

He says 2018 will be C-USA vs. Belch in the New Orleans Bowl and C-USA vs. AAC in the Boca Raton Bowl.

He says 2019 will be C-USA vs. MAC in the Bahamas Bowl and C-USA vs. Belch in the New Orleans Bowl.

He also lists the Independence Bowl for a secondary agreement each of those years.

You may want to double-check everything.

C-USA wasn't scheduled to play in the Miami Beach Bowl anymore, but here's some news.

CUSA needs to make this an annual conference bowl agreement starting in 2020. Toyota Stadium is a top notch facility and Frisco has lots of things for visitors. I have had conversations with North Dakota State fans that came down for the FCS title game and they all loved their time in Frisco.

But it's barely a HS stadium. I would hope there would SRO for any bowl game. In Frisco it's going to be competing with the HOD, Armed Forces and lastly the Cotton Bowl, so maybe 20,000 isn't too small. If I were to pick a stadium in the DFW area to have our relative size crowds I would chose Gerald Ford Stadium (SMU). It's a beautiful stadium with about the right seating. I really love their bench back seating. I just think 20,000 is a little too small even though Frisco is a very nice venue

Exactly, both our recent DFW bowls had well over that in attendance. It would be too small for us. Let the belt have it.

I think the I-Bowl needs to sell to ESPN. I think it would help a lot of their mess and probably draw a better sponsor.

The first thing ESPN would do is move it out of town like they did this Beach Bowl.

Then Shreveport will have an empty football stadium and an empty abandoned baseball stadium.

Which wouldn't be any different when Tech some bottom feeder from the SEC plays another bottom feeder from the ACC.

Speaking of the Heart of Dallas bowl, the Dallas City Council has pulled the plug on $800K for ESPN to host the bowl game.

Yep. I heard on the radio that city officials got really pissed about last year's attendance. Apparently only 10K really showed up. Ironically, a CUSA team wasn't even involved last year.

Last year, the announced attendance was 20,507, but only about half those ticket-holders actually showed up to see the Utah Utes defeat the West Virginia Mountaineers, 30-14. -- From the article.
It figures that CUSA might now lose a bowl game because two NON-CUSA teams had poor attendance. I guess it's the potential downside to all the wheeling and dealing of bowl games.

Get ready for somebody to say there are too many bowl games. That's usually the response for the unknown
