LOL! Obviously *I* have self confidence issues. I don't have a history of putting myself in situations to be scrutinized or anything. Tomorrow, me and my confidence issues are going to design some stuff to go into outer space, just like we did today.

A coach convincing players to leave with him can go both ways. That was my only point.

Well if he "turns us into a top notch program" then we'll find another good coach. Who knows, maybe the next guy will do the same thing to fill those holes. It's the nature of the biz.
