The University of Chicago is one of the nation's top universities. Dismiss it (or not) after taking it in and doing your own research. You don't have to take it at face value, but it is useful for further research.
If it was from Northwestern, would you say the same thing?

:D Maybe. The words Chicago and Illinois leave such a bad taste these days after whats come from there the last 6+ years and what's disease has been growing there the last 4- 5 decades.

http://www.nationaljournal.com/white...0130116?page=1 This article not only sums up what's happening with the gun control issue but ever other social and economic issue that our country is facing. Obummer is acting accordingly and is leading towards more and more polirization!

This seems like a bad time for Jindal to open the door for the elimination of school counselor positions. Let's hope the local districts and their constituents stand firm.

To update: a BESE committee voted to pass a compromised version of John White's proposal. Rather than doing away with the 1:450 counselor to students ratio, they allowed for some flexibility for districts to have some counselor services provided by outside vendors. The full BESE board was voting today.

Either start cross training counselors in swat .... or preferably the other way :D :

We ought to be polarizing against the pos ... I'm more concerned about the idiots (like my pos brother) who think bh obammer's the second coming. Pathetic.

Tyrants use children as propaganda. Obama used children as propaganda yesterday.

Absolutely. As a tyrant coward, he is hiding behind these children to avoid being taken to task for overstepping his authority.
Maybe he can have them back (wearing rags and eating breadcrumbs) when he signs the papers to increase the debt limit (and sell their futures).

The repug controlled House of Representatives will have authorized the tyrant coward's action ("when he signs the papers to increase the debt limit (and sell their futures)"). What do you think about that ??

I have NO love affair with the republican party, so you can figure out what I'll think about that.
My point here was about him using children as a prop. Maybe he can use Mexicans and Border Patrol agents as a backdrop for funding his next fast and furious program. Was that better?

Book it, the three SD posted care (ed) a hell of a lot more about force than about children.

Yeah, I get your drift.
I first noticed the potus using human props (as you have described) during the g.bush administration. That's when I started turning it off and apparently the tyrant coward has continued the practice. I guess the technique must be appealing to somebody out there ??
