You do not lose to UNT and go to the NCAA tournament. Unless we find a defense the week of March 11-14 we are NIT-bound again.
No. We were eliminated from the NCAA at-large pool before the season started with our 315+ OOC SOS. Our schedule didn't give our guys a chance. This loss to UNT pretty much eliminates Tech from NIT at-large contention. 1 good win, 2 bad losses, 100+ RPI. This team isn't even close to the NIT bubble. We are CBI/CIT-bound unless we get the No. 1 seed in the C-USA Tourney or win the C-USA Tourney.Quote:
