If the businesses as you mentioned require patrons to wear masks then you wear masks upon entering the business or don't enter.. it's that simple.. Several years ago I would occasionally see people walking down the street wearing a mask. Did I shive a git then? No. Must've been following his/her doctor's guidelines.
What Texas did was about the most common sense move there is. We're not policing you, but you have feel like you need to wear a mask, go for it.
