You didn’t even read anything but the headline. Who originated the report?

If you actually knew anything about China, you would understand the context of that reporting. This disease was spreading during the Chinese lunar new year, so most of China was traveling during that time.

The lockdown of Wuhan did slow the spread of the disease, but there was no stopping it.
