I have changed my mind about James Comey. The man is a genius! By not indicting Hillary due to the lack of "intent" with ALL the evidence pointing to what should have been an indictment, he has put the Dems in a very difficult place. The guilt is obvious for even the most liberal to see. The State Department just announced that they will restart their investigation. This prolongs and intensifies the importance of the investigation along with the investigation into the Clinton Foundation. Any Dem that rushes to Hillary's defense can be swept up into the fact that this will be known for many years to come as the most crooked event ever cooked up by a political entity in the US. The Dems who figure out what a mess they are in now will try to get Hillary out of there as soon as possible because she will forever be seen as corrupt and the most unsuitable candidate ever for president. But the Dems now have to either admit that she is unacceptable as a candidate and are forced to accept known Socialist as their candidate.

PS He has also insured that the mainstream media now HAS to cover all this.
PPS He is not liable since he is only recommending to not indict because intent was not established. Intent is almost impossible to prove. The AG was never going to indict. His meeting with Hillary was not under oath so anything she said there can't be seen as false testimony. If there is a suit against him, the Dems do not want get into discovery now and since James Comey is a genious matching minds with him will only dig them further into this quick sand.
