We had the #115 Total Defense in the nation.....


I wouldn't be surprised if Hakmi or Colby wound up starting. I think both have the ability to run "the system" and could be successful. no idea on Burch but he's apparently the "Golden Boy" so we'll see.

If I had to pick a guy that was on the team now, my guess would be Hakmi. I think that he has a better head on his shoulders that Colby. Colby seemed to get rattled pretty easily last year. If he matures a little, I think he will have a good shot also. I am just not sure if Burch will be ready this year to step up. I hope I am wrong though. It would be nice to have a 4 year starting QB.

If a qb currently not on the team is going to start next year, I would think he would have to go through the spring practice, so I hope you are right.

I guess he is a mystery man, cause I don't think the Dawgs have any qb commitments at this time, do they?

Think Hakmi or Burch could be good with spring and fall camp under their belt. Maybe a JUCO guy if they find their "system" fit. But I'm beginning to wonder who that JUCO guy is....and why we haven't gotten a commitment yet.
