Fact: Alsander chose Tech over ULL, because he is concerned about getting a quality education. I can't change him on scout unless he directly tells me or a public media outlet that he is committed to Tech. The last comment he made as far as scout is concerned is that he committed to them, so their writer marked him as committed to them.
