I think previous threads on this topic illustrate the problem with the cannon. Many people loved it, just as many hated it.
No. They are Chair Force cadets. That would be too much work.
Tech does have Army ROTC cadets (they do their ROTC through GSU), but again I want to reiterate the "cadet" part of their status.
