WoW! Just what Ruston needs....More and more redudancy..Banks, payday loans and insurance companies...Nothing to keep tax dollars here.. I thought Karls property was geared towards retail, dining, and entertainment. I commute to monroe everyday and the majority of people in Quachita parish i speak to said they would love to shop here...They're noticing the growth but we have a major void in the retail area...We could easily fork in some of their tax dollars.

He owns the Ruston location outright plus the franchise rights for the entire region. Not sure how big the region is.

Anyone else notice the for sale sign on the 5 acre lot at corner of hwy 33 and the service road is no longer there? For as long as I can remember that land has been for sale but just heard it was too much...

That sign was so old it may have just fallen down. If it has sold I haven't heard about it.

I've been to a Logan's twice. It's ok, not good not great. Everything is too salty for my taste. Beware of the rolls if you are on a diet.

You dont have to respond to my post..last time I checked this is a free world..Well I was born and raised here...graduated from tech,etc...I remember when the heart of Ruston was on California Street and the North Service Rd/ was primarily woods..Nothings wrong with being interested and proud of your town..
