My cousin is majoring in Community Health at LSUS (whatever that is). I'm assuming that might transfer over somehow, but I'm not sure.

Something to watch -

The Shreveport-Bossier area state legislators have been VERY quiet concerning this...

It has to have this groups support EN MASSE to have any hope of success in the Legislator, I look for the "true" feelings of these individuals to come to light over the next few days

Republican State Sen. Sherri Smith Buffington, of Keithville, just outside of Shreveport, said she expects there could be quick movement on the study once the community absorbs the information.
“I think this starts the conversation in our community,” Buffington said. “Do they embrace the concept?”

I don't see why Shreveport/Bossier doesn't accept it, this is being pushed by the community (Community Foundation of North Louisiana and the Committee of 100).

If he comes out as "neutral" in his stance on it, then I don't think there will be much of challenge to it from the NWLA legislators - if he doesn't or IF he KNOWS it is something that Jindal specifically wants the fight may be on
